Engineering DEPARTMENT
The Metal Products Division Engineering Department encompasses Production and Process Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control Departments. Before production of a new product we utilize the latest 3D modeling software for sound design. Production processes are monitored and controlled using control plans, internal audits, in-process inspection and final inspection.
We maintain proficiency and certification in the following codes:
ASME (new construction)
ASME R and NB (vessel repair and reconfiguration)
UL - 142
DOT (registration CT-1475)
Additionally, all fuel system equipment is manufactured in compliance with current NFPA guidelines.
Many tank products are custom configured based on customer requirements. All engineering drawings are reconciled with the customer before production begins. |
