Here we see a side-view of a SealVac vacuum tool. Notice how it will adapt to this irregular surface.
This is the SealVac vacuum head. It is here where vacuum is generated to adhere tools and extract fuel from your air source. All user controls are also located here.

The SealVac has been in use in various versions for quite some time. Here it is capturing fuel from a British Airways Concorde.

Another close-up of the same drain tool, different angle.
Closeup image of the fuel probe at the end of the vacuum hose assembly. Note the adjustable sump depressing pin and the FuelFlowTM viewing window.
Fuel Probe attachment is as easy as inserting and turning 90 degrees. Fuel flow is initiated by a special pin on the end of the hose assembly that depresses the sump automatically.
The SealVac vacuum plate designed for tighter fit locations. Note the alignment with the sump drain.
The SealVac vacuum plate family. We work with customers to ensure the SealVac will fit and perform properly on their airframe. Most airframes will require just one or two of these plates to attach to all of the sump locations on the plane. Other plates are available to fit specific applications.
This is a Remote Funnel available as an optional SealVac accessory. Connecting this to the depuddling hose allows the operator to gravity drain with a full tank vacuum assist in those tight places the SealVac drain tools will not fit.

This is the fuel recovery center on a SealVac Plus. After fuel is drained from an aircraft, the SealVac Plus can filter, recirculate, or dispense the clean fuel using the same air souce that powers the vacuum generators. SealVac Plus is the newest model in the SealVac lineup.
Side view of the new SealVac Plus. Note the front of the unit offers the same great SealVac benefits as before; we just PLUSSED it!
The SealVac at the NWA maintenance facility in Detroit. NWA found that the Sealvac reduced fuel drain times on their Airbus A330 aircraft from 14 hours to 2 hours!
The SealVac at Boeing Field, Seattle. Boeing uses the SealVac to completely drain pre-delivery 737 models after the short flight from the assembly facility in Renton, Wa. Boeing delivery prep personnel discovered that the SealVac greatly reduced the time it took to drain fuel, allowing final installs to procede without delay.
